February 2: B1 - B2
April 12: B1 - C1
June 21: B1 - B2
November 15: B1 - C1

Registration Steps

  1. Complete the preliminary registration form

    Fill out the preliminary registration form carefully.
    Please do not register twice. Completing the form is equivalent to being added to the participant list. To finalize your registration, make the payment after receiving confirmation.

  2. Payment for the exam

    Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the email confirmation of registration. Payment instructions will be sent along with the confirmation.

  3. Registration confirmation

    We will send you an email confirming that your registration for the exam has been successfully completed. If you have any doubts, please contact us at

  4. End of registration

    The participant list will be closed, and exam invitations will be sent approximately one month before the planned exam date. The exam location and schedule will be provided 14–7 days before the exam.

Payment

1. Exam and certificate fees:

Exam at B1 level (adults):

  • Exam Fee: 150 €
  • Certificate: 20 €

Exam at B2 level (adults)

  • Exam Fee: 150 €
  • Certificate: 20 €

Exam at C1 level (adults)

  • Exam Fee: 180 €
  • Certificate: 20 €

Important:

Payments without the name, surname, and exam level in the payment reference may not be accepted.

Payments must be made in a single transaction after receiving the email confirmation of exam registration, in Polish zlotys (PLN).

4. Refunds Before the Exam

Participants who are unable to attend the exam due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control are entitled to a refund. A written request must be submitted within the following deadlines:

a) By December 6, 2024 – 100% of the payment will be refunded.
b) Between December 7 and December 15, 2024 – 80% of the payment will be refunded.

Refund requests submitted after December 15, 2024, will not be considered. Global School will not issue refunds in such cases.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration closes one month before the scheduled exam date.
  2. Only individuals who have completed payment are eligible to take the exam.
  3. Participants must be 18 years old or older on the exam day. Participants aged 14 to 17 can take the certification exam in Polish as a foreign language (youth group) with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  4. The exam is open to foreigners and Polish citizens residing abroad.
  5. Information about the exam venue will be sent via email approximately two weeks before the exam date.
  6. To participate in both the written and oral exams, participants must present a valid photo ID on the exam day.
  7. Acceptable documents for identification: passport, ID card, Karta Pobytu.
  8. Each participant acknowledges and agrees to the exam regulations. For more detailed information, you can view the regulations here: Regulamin.

Written Exam

Participants must bring their passport and a personal pen.

It is prohibited to bring books, notebooks, mobile phones, or other gadgets into the exam center.

Only exam participants and staff responsible for administering the exam are allowed in the examination rooms.

Each participant must use their own pen (not a pencil). Answers written in pencil will not be accepted. Correction fluid is prohibited.

Global School J.W. does not provide drinking water. Participants may bring their own water bottle, but labels must be removed.

If a candidate is found communicating with another candidate during the exam or using any electronic device to contact someone outside the room, their exam will be declared invalid, and they will not be allowed to continue.

Candidates must follow the instructions of the examiners.

Participants who arrive after the data verification process has ended will not be admitted to the exam.

Oral Exam

Participants must bring their passport and a pen.

Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled exam time.

Information about the exact exam venue will be sent via email two weeks before the exam date.

The approximate schedule for the oral exam will be posted on the day of the written exam near the entrances to the examination rooms.
